Job Title: Digital Producer / Manager

Length of contract: 2 months initially

About the Role:

We’re seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Producer/Manager with a proven track record of generating and executing engaging, platform-appropriate content—particularly for YouTube and other key digital channels. This is a pivotal role for a digital native who not only understands how to create standout content but also lives and breathes the ever-evolving digital landscape.

As a key part of our content team, you will be responsible for developing original, entertaining ideas and delivering high-quality productions from concept to upload. You’ll have a strong editorial instinct, technical know-how, and a deep understanding of what works across different platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and emerging formats.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and produce innovative, audience-first digital content tailored to multiple platforms (with a focus on YouTube).
  2. Generate and pitch ideas that align with brand and audience strategies, while also responding to platform trends and insights.
  3. Manage projects end-to-end — from ideation, scripting, and production through to post-production and publishing.
  4. Shoot and edit video content to a high standard, ensuring consistency in quality and tone.
  5. Collaborate with talent, creators, and internal stakeholders to bring ideas to life.
  6. Maintain strong working relationships with key platform representatives (e.g., YouTube, Meta, TikTok) and stay updated on algorithm changes, feature rollouts, and monetization opportunities.
  7. Analyse performance data and audience insights to iterate and optimize content strategies.
  8. Ensure content delivery adheres to platform best practices and technical specifications.

Required Skills & Experience:

  1. Proven experience (5+ years) in digital content production, particularly for YouTube and social-first environments.
  2. Strong creative and editorial skills with a portfolio that demonstrates originality and storytelling across formats.
  3. Proficient in shooting and editing, ideally with hands-on experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
  4. Deep understanding of platform algorithms, formats, and audience behaviour across digital and social platforms.
  5. Experience managing production schedules, budgets, and creative teams.
  6. Strong communicator with the ability to lead cross-functional collaboration.
  7. Passionate, proactive, and adaptable — with a constant eye on what’s next in digital.

Desirable:

  1. Existing relationships with platform reps (YouTube, TikTok, Meta, etc.).
  2. Experience in audience development or channel growth strategy.
  3. Background in entertainment, youth media, or branded content.
