BBC Studios is hiring a Senior Development Producer

Join our Global Production team in London and help shape the next wave of internationally successful unscripted formats.

1.  Location: London 
2. Contract: Permanent, Full-time 
3.  Salary: £70,000–£80,000 + bonus potential

As part of our dynamic development team, you’ll collaborate with leading creatives and international partners to help supercharge an ambitious pipeline of bold new formats. You’ll work across a portfolio that includes global hits such as Dancing with the Stars, The Great Bake Off, Weakest Link, and The 1% Club.

Key Requirements: 

1. Proven track record in unscripted format development 
2. Strong editorial instincts and global market awareness 
3. Exceptional pitch and presentation skills 
4. Ability to build strong relationships, lead projects and manage multiple stakeholders 
5. Excellent communication organisation & administration skills
6. Familiarity with AI tools and multilingual skills are a plus
