Minnow Films is seeking a proactive and highly organised Office & Development Production Coordinator to join our busy in-house team. This hybrid role bridges office management and development team support, ensuring the smooth running of our office operations, while working closely with our development team, and providing ad hoc production support when necessary.
This role will work closely with the Acting Office Manager and Receptionist, as well as senior management team, development team and wider production management teams. The ideal candidate will bring experience as a Production Secretary or Production Coordinator, with an interest in developing skills in company-wide operations and office management, rather than production-specific duties.

- Provide diary management support for three senior executives.
- Act as the first point of contact for IT queries, then liaising with our external IT support team.

- Production support for the Development team.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong IT skills, including confidence with MS Office and Excel for finance management.

- Highly organised, keen attention to detail, and capable of multitasking.
- A self-motivated and enthusiastic team player.
