ASSISTANT PRODUCER OPPORTUNITY:

JOIN THE GARDENERS’ WORLD TEAM AT BRISTOL’S BBC STUDIOS

Gardeners’ World, the UK’s best-loved gardening programme, is looking an experienced Assistant Producer. The AP will work closely with the senior team and Producer Directors, suggesting editorial content, liaising with talent, setting up and attending VTs and co-ordinating on Live Flower Show Events. The role will also involve generating creative online content, and helping to manage the social media platforms during event week.

Fantastic organisational skills, factual accuracy, and a creative approach are a must. You will ideally have at least two years’ experience at AP level, a track-record in casting, prepping and managing edits, and working at live public events. A clean driving licence and confident driving skills are also required.

Start Dates: February - July 2026

Base: Bristol with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
