Join Bigger Stage as a Production Executive

Bigger Stage is looking for an experienced Production Executive to join us in Dublin, supporting a growing slate of exciting productions from greenlight through delivery.

This is a company role with real ownership, working closely with our Head of Production and production teams to keep shows running smoothly, creatively, and commercially.

  1. Open to candidates who can commit to a minimum of 3 days per week in our Dublin-based office

  3. Open to candidates relocating to Dublin

What you’ll be doing:

  1. Managing budgets and schedules across new and returning commissions
  2. Supporting the Head of Production in overseeing the production slate
  3. Recruiting, onboarding, and leading production teams
  4. Ensuring productions stay on budget and on schedule, escalating risks early
  5. Overseeing contracts, payroll, invoicing, and cost reporting
  6. Being present in studio for rehearsals, records, and de-rigs
  7. Producing clear cost reports and updates for broadcasters and stakeholders
  8. Managing post-production close-down and final cost reporting

What we’re looking for

  1. Proven experience in Production Executive / Senior Production Management roles
  2. Strong financial and scheduling skills
  3. Calm, organised, and adaptable in fast-moving environments
  4. Confident communicator and collaborative leader
  5. Comfortable using Movie Magic, PMI, and cost management tools
