JUNIOR CREATIVE (Researcher / AP Level)

After Party Studios is looking for a Junior Creative who lives and breathes sport + digital culture.

This is not a “sit quietly and take notes” role.

We want someone who has ideas. Constantly.

You’ll be:

1. Deep in the comments, the subreddits, the fan pages
2. Tracking trends before brands get there
3. Researching stories, stats, internet lore
4. Building decks and helping flesh out formats
5. Contributing ideas in brainstorms (yes, even as a junior)

You’ll fit if you:

1. Watch sport daily (football, F1, boxing, basketball — you choose your code)
2. If you love and follow the trends on TikTok, YouTube & Insta
3. Have worked (or interned) at places like LadBible, Copa90, BuzzFeed, VICE or similar
4. Love turning half-formed ideas into actual formats
5. Are hungry, proactive, and not precious

We’re looking for someone digitally native, culturally switched-on, and not afraid to shout “that’s mid” when it is.
