ROLE:  SERIES PRODUCER / CO-EXECUTIVE PRODUCER

LOCATION: LONDON (4 DAYS IN THE OFFICE)

DATES: ASAP START – JULY

Vic Roye Talent is working with Studio Ramsay Global on a high-profile one-off special for a major US streamer and we’re looking for an outstanding Series Producer / Co-Executive Producer to take the project through to studio.

We’re seeking a senior creative who can bring fresh, contemporary instincts to premium entertainment, alongside bold ideas, sharp format intelligence and the confidence to deliver at the highest level.

While this is a one-off, we’re keen to hear from candidates who have successfully launched a first series and understand the scrutiny, pace and expectation that comes with delivering at premium US streamer level.

We are open to meeting senior creatives from both traditional and digital backgrounds, particularly those known for bold, original thinking and ambitious execution. If you have built imaginative, large-scale competition or challenge-led formats and can combine creativity with strong delivery, we would be pleased to hear from you.

We’re particularly interested in candidates with experience on large-scale, spectacle-driven entertainment shows such as Gladiators, Wipeout and Ninja Warrior UK especially those who understand how to balance scale and ambition with tone, personality and a lightness of touch.

We’re looking for someone who:

·Has a strong track record in large-scale competition formats, ambitious challenge-led entertainment and premium studio production

·Has delivered a first series and understands the scrutiny, pace and expectation that comes with it

·Can confidently oversee and lock format mechanics

·Works closely with senior editorial, execs and US streamer stakeholders

·Oversees scripting and tone, with an instinct for shows that have funny bones or a light-hearted energy alongside spectacle

·Has strong studio experience and can lead teams calmly under pressure

·Baking / culinary experience would be a real bonus

Additionally, we’d love to hear from candidates who:

·Combine innovative thinking with the rigour required for premium studio production

·Have operated at a senior level within creator-led, digital or broadcast ecosystems

·Understand scale, spectacle and pace in modern competition entertainment

·Bring fresh, contemporary instincts and bold new ideas to premium formats

·Have delivered ambitious projects outside the conventional broadcast route and can apply that perspective at scale
