ROLE: Casting AP
DATES: 2nd March – 27th MARCH 2026 4 DAYS PER WEEK
BASE: LONDON
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reality and targeted casting, with a genuine love of story and a thorough understanding of contributor welfare protocols.
This is not standard dating casting. We are searching for real farmers across the UK, a unique and distinctive cast, and need someone who can spot genuine character, emotional depth and long-term story potential.
They must be confident handling sensitive storylines across a wide age range and able to manage contributors from initial calls, profile creation and casting tape delivery as well as pitching.
· Very experienced in casting reality and/or dating shows
· Proven experience in targeted casting, including sourcing, outreach and conducting phone interviews
· Confident shooting and cutting casting tapes
· Excellent contributor handling and welfare experience, with good judgement, sensitivity and a solid understanding of industry best practice
· Strong editorial judgement, able to spot story potential, chemistry and red flags early
· Organised, proactive and comfortable working at pace on a high-profile format
