ROLE:  PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE (STUDIO FORMAT)

LOCATION : LONDON

DATES:  APRIL 2026 – MARCH 2027

South Shore UK is recruiting an experienced Production Executive to lead a brand-new studio format from development through delivery.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape and deliver a major new production, working with a high-performing, collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

You will:

1. Lead a strong, collaborative production team on a brand-new format
2. Work closely with all Heads of Department to bring an ambitious new format to life
3. Oversee and manage production budgets, schedules, and logistics
4. Set up and manage a full studio production from the ground up
5. Ensure delivery to streamer-level standards

What We’re Looking For

1. Proven experience as a Production Executive or Line Producer on high-end, streamer-level productions
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage fast-paced teams
3. Demonstrated experience setting up and running studio-based formats
4. Exceptional budget management
