We are keen to hear from candidates with experience working on large-scale factual entertainment or reality productions, ideally with location experience. Knowledge of PMI would be advantageous.

Key responsibilities:

  2. Assisting with the management of a large runner pool.
  3. Coordinating high volumes of travel bookings
  4. Finance tracking and reconciliations.

This role will be location-based for approximately 8–10 weeks.

Contract dates: 6th April – 30th October 2026

Office location for pre-production: This role is open to candidates who can work out of London.

Filming location: This role will be based on location for approximately eight consecutive weeks from the start of August to mid-October 2026.

The ability to drive is desirable but not essential for this role. Please state if you hold a clean driving license, if you are 25 years+ (for insurance purposes) and consider yourself to be a confident driver.

Please note, this is NOT an entry level position. Please only apply if you have proven experience at PC level.
