Studio Lambert is looking for a Junior Production Manager to work within the Games team on a returning, competition-based reality series for a major network. 

We are keen to hear from candidates with strong experience in factual entertainment or reality productions, ideally with significant location experience. Knowledge of PMI would be advantageous. We are seeking someone who is confident managing complex logistics and supporting the wider production management team on a large-scale series.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive and calm under pressure, with experience managing high-volume logistics, overseeing junior team members, and supporting production budgets. Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively across multiple departments are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supporting the Production Manager in the day-to-day running of the production, particularly across location logistics.
2. Taking responsibility for coordinating travel, accommodation and transport for cast and crew across multiple locations.
3. Line managing Production Coordinators and the runner team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and clear delegation of tasks.
4. Assisting with production budgeting, cost tracking and reconciliations, ensuring spend is accurately recorded and reported.
5. Managing production paperwork and compliance, including contributor paperwork, insurance documentation and risk assessments where required.
6. Liaising with suppliers, locations and internal departments to ensure all production requirements are delivered efficiently.
7. Maintaining clear and consistent communication across the production team and ensuring information is shared effectively.

This role will be location-based for approximately 8–10 weeks.

Contract dates: 1^st June – 30th October 2026

Office location for pre-production: This role is open to candidates who can work out of London.

Filming location: This role will be based on location for approximately eight – ten consecutive weeks from the start of August to mid-October 2026.

The ability to drive is desirable but not essential for this role. Please state if you hold a clean driving license, if you are 25 years+ (for insurance purposes) and consider yourself to be a confident driver.
