We're on the lookout for an experienced Welfare Producer for a dating format shooting later this year.

This is a London-based role with travel, so you’ll need 6+ months on your passport and be ready to go when needed. Crucially, you’ll have experience working with contributors you understand the nuances, build trust quickly, and handle whatever gets thrown at you with calm professionalism and genuine warmth.

You'll bring:

• Hands-on Welfare Producer experience on a dating show (essential)

• Experience managing contributors on dating shows (essential)

• Valid passport with 6+ months remaining and happy to travel

• Availability - 27 July - 21 August and 21 Sept - 17 Oct
