ROLE: SENIOR CREATIVE PRODUCER

PRODUCTION : HIGH PROFILE DIGITAL FIRST MOTORSPORTS PROJECT FOR YOUTUBE
After Party Studios is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Creative Producer to lead a high-profile, digital-first motorsports project in collaboration with a global brand partner.
This is a fast-paced, YouTube-led production, perfect for someone who thrives in a live environment and can take creative from concept to delivery.
The Role
You’ll take full ownership of the end-to-end creative, leading a team of 25+ across development and production. Working closely with the brand, you’ll craft engaging, platform-native content for a global audience.
This is a hands-on leadership role from scripting through to live shoot delivery.
Key Responsibilities
? Lead the overall creative direction
?? Manage a team of 20+ across production
?? Develop formats, scripts & running orders
?? Collaborate closely with brand & partner teams
?? Oversee production from prep to delivery
?? Live produce on set, ensuring smooth execution
?? Work closely with gallery & technical teams
?? Optimise all content for YouTube & digital platforms
Key Requirements
? Proven experience as a Senior Creative Producer (or similar)
? Strong live production experience (essential)
? Experience with gallery producing
? Deep understanding of YouTube & digital-first content (essential)
? Passion for motorsports ??
? Confident leading large teams & managing stakeholders
? Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-moving environment
Contract Details
Start: ASAP
Duration: Initial 10-week contract (potential to extend to September)
