 ?? The Role

On is building a slate of premium, entertainment-first films and documentaries, born from sport but shaped for a wider cultural audience.

The Operations & Production Coordinator is a central member of our Film & Documentary team, helping ensure that people, projects, and priorities stay aligned across the business.

Working closely with producers, editorial teams, internal departments, external partners, and collaborators, this role provides day-to-day operational support across the full slate, bringing structure, visibility, and coordination to a fast-moving global production environment.

From managing workflows and communications to tracking timelines and supporting team planning, the Operations & Production Coordinator helps create the conditions for great work to happen.

While the role’s primary focus is supporting the team and its operations as a whole, it also contributes directly to individual productions when needed, providing hands-on support across development, production, and post-production.

This is a role for someone who thrives on connecting the dots, staying ahead of moving pieces, and bringing clarity to complexity. You’ll be a key point of coordination across the team, helping keep projects informed, organized, and moving forward.

YOUR MISSION

Team Operations & Coordination

  1. Maintain central trackers and production documents, ensuring project status is accurate, clear, and up to date
  2. Coordinate communication across producers, editorial teams, internal departments, external partners, and collaborators
  3. Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, scheduling, and follow-up actions
  4. Support the team’s day-to-day operations by handling ad hoc requests from internal and external stakeholders, ensuring assets are shared, information is coordinated, and follow-up actions are completed
  5. Support projects across development, production, and post-production to ensure timelines, logistics, and communications stay aligned
  6. Assist with planning and coordination of shoots across international locations
  7. Support production logistics, including crew bookings, travel, accommodation, transport, and schedules
  8. Assist with location research, permits, and wider pre-production planning
  9. Support day-to-day production needs and attend shoots where required to provide on-the-ground coordination
  10. Support the Line Producer with production cost tracking, including purchase orders, invoices, and expense reconciliations
  11. Maintain accurate production documentation, including contact lists, shoot logs, release logs, and production reports

Post-Production & Asset Management

  1. Support post-production workflows, delivery tracking, and the preparation of deliverables paperwork
  2. Help track rights, releases, and compliance information across project assets
  3. Assist in organizing footage, hard drives, and production assets, maintaining a structured and searchable media library across all projects

YOUR STORY

Must Have

  1. 2–4 years of experience in production coordination or project management within film, television, documentary, branded content, or a related creative industry
  2. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
  3. Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing clarity
  4. Clear, concise communication
  5. Calm, proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  6. Strong understanding of how productions actually run, with a curiosity for tools and systems, including AI, that make them run better

Nice to Have

  1. Experience in documentary or unscripted production
  2. International production or location shoot experience
  3. Familiarity with post-production and media workflows
  4. Experience working within small, collaborative teams
