BBC Studios Natural History Unit are looking for a PMA / Diary Assistant to join their award-winning team!

Contract: Full-time, 9-month Fixed-Term (Maternity Cover), with potential to extend

Location: Bristol (Hybrid – minimum 3 days in the office)

Salary: £30,000 – £37,800 (depending on experience)

Start Date: Week commencing 7th September 2026

You'll support the Head of BBC Studios Natural History Unit and senior executives by managing busy diaries, coordinating meetings, arranging UK and international travel, preparing presentations, organising department-wide meetings, and helping coordinate prestigious award submissions.

We're looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive, thrives in a deadline-driven environment, and has experience supporting senior management. Strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.
