ROLE: 3 x EDIT PRODUCERS
?? LOCATION: London-based
?? DATES: 10 weeks each; starts 1 March, 15 March and 22 March 2027
South Shore is looking for 3 experienced Edit Producers to join the post-production team on a new talent-led documentary series for a UK broadcaster, aimed at a younger audience.
We're looking for strong factual storytellers who can confidently shape documentary narratives, find compelling stories within the rushes and work closely with Editors to deliver engaging, authentic programmes.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO:
?? Have strong Edit Producer credits across factual documentaries, ideally including talent-led series.
?? Have excellent editorial judgement and can confidently structure episodes and shape compelling, character-driven narratives from rushes.
? Have experience working with footage featuring established on-screen talent and understand how to bring out personality while maintaining factual integrity.
?? Are confident working closely with Editors to build strong sequences and deliver cohesive episodes.
?? Understand what appeals to a youth-skewing audience and how to create authentic, engaging and contemporary factual content.
?? Are highly organised, comfortable managing large volumes of material and confident delivering to deadlines.
?? Are collaborative, creative and comfortable responding to editorial notes from Series Producers and Execs.
Experience editing contemporary, talent-led documentaries aimed at younger audiences would be a real advantage.
